Image Wear AG has been committed to the principles of ecological principles of ecological sustainability and social responsibility. Image Wear AG has been committed to the principles of environmental sustainability and social responsibility since its foundation. Concern for our environment guides our actions in all areas:
how we develop and manufacture products, how we procure materials and how we organise the supply chain. We are convinced that decisive action in the area of sustainability ensures long-term success.

OUR VISION – THE CIRCULAR ECONOMY

We source, design and develop durable, resource-efficient materials and products of high quality. Our vision is the circular economy: we accompany our products throughout their entire life cycle, ensure that they are used for as long as possible and take care of repairs, recycling and disposal.

OUR CODE OF CONDUCT

Image Wear is a member of amfori. The amfori BSCI Code of Conduct is a commitment for us and our business partners to conduct responsible business and to identify and address negative impacts on human rights and the environment in supply chains. OUR GOALS FOR 2030

We take responsibility for our actions as a company and the associated environmental impacts and have set ourselves the following goals for the coming years:

1/ ECOLOGICAL FOOTPRINT

We are calculating our ecological footprint and setting ourselves ambitious reduction targets. By 2030, we want to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions by 50%* in view of Switzerland’s target of achieving net zero by 2050.
*Based on the greenhouse gas emissions recorded in 2022.

2/ RESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR

We produce where it makes the most sense ecologically and economically and where fair, humane working conditions are guaranteed. We maintain long-term partnerships with our producers. Our goal is to implement due diligence across our entire supply chain by 2030.

3/ CIRCULAR ECONOMY

In 2030, Image Wear will accompany its products throughout their entire lifespan, ensure that they are used for as long as possible and take care of their recycling and disposal. We are committed to developing innovative solutions to close textile loops.

4/ TRANSPARENCY

In 2030, customers will be able to make their purchasing decisions based on detailed sustainability information about our products and manufacturers. We will also publish our sustainability strategy, supply chain policy, measures and successes.

5/ PROCESSES

To ensure and continuously improve product and process quality, environmental aspects and health and safety at work, Image Wear 2025 is introducing the ISO 9001 quality management system and the ISO 14001 environmental management system.
