Zurich, February 24, 2025 – Image Wear Zurich announces its collaboration with the exclusive, holistic health resort Buff Medical, which will open in Konstanz in March. The resort offers a unique, integrative medical concept of prevention, aiming to comprehensively promote the health and well-being of its guests.
Image Wear developed bespoke workwear for the resort’s staff based on the brand identity and values of the company.

Custom-designed clothing for 82 employees
Currently, 82 employees from all departments have been outfitted with exclusive workwear – from reception and housekeeping to the medical team and management. With the resort’s opening, the number of employees will increase further, leading to a gradual expansion of the corporate fashion line.
High-quality, custom-tailored collection
Designed by Image Wear specifically for the Buff Medical Resort, the collection includes tailored suits, shirts, and ties for men, as well as trousers, jackets, blouses, T-shirts, and dresses for women. Doctors, therapists, drivers, and chefs were outfitted with their respective professional attire, while sports scientists (physiotherapists and osteopaths) wear functional polo shirts and training sets. The high-quality garments feature the company logo and are precisely aligned with the corporate design.
Design and Material Selection – Elegance Meets Functionality
The clothing concept was developed in close collaboration with the Buff family. A particular focus was placed on combining professionalism with approachability. The use of high-quality denim fabric and meticulous craftsmanship creates an exclusive yet inviting look. The materials were carefully selected: natural fibers such as cotton and silk take center stage, while synthetic materials are used only where they offer functional advantages.
Sustainability in Focus
In addition to high-quality materials and workmanship, Buff Medical Resort prioritizes sustainability. The fabrics are predominantly sourced from Europe, and the garments are also mainly manufactured in European production facilities. The sustainable production model is particularly noteworthy: workwear is only produced to order, thus avoiding surplus stock and unnecessary waste. Furthermore, the high quality of the clothing ensures a long lifespan, conserving resources and making a positive contribution to the environment.
