New uniform for the Dolderbahn Zurich

Image Wear AG had the assignment to create and produce the new uniforms for the 125th anniversary of the Dolderbahn.
Frank is the co-founder of Image Wear AG and has been passionate about textiles for over 30 years.
The production of a uniform is as individual as our customers themselves. We do not have a pattern F for our workwear, but adapt to the wishes and ideas of our customers.
Before we produce a uniform, we work with our customers and conduct a needs analysis. We ask them about various criteria, for example, the budget, the delivery date or what requirements the uniform has to meet. This means: from fabric to washability to special requests and finishes, we discuss every detail with our customers and consider every idea. Then we consult internally about which type of production is best for the customer and start the project.
At Image Wear, we believe in workwear that is literally something to be proud of. We want to be uncompromisingly good not only in terms of quality and design, but also when it comes to sustainability. That is why sustainable action is not a trend for us, but has always been an essential part of our business strategy. Especially as a textile company, we see sustainability as an integral part of our responsibility – and prefer to let actions speak instead of words.
Image Wear AG has been committed to the principles of environmental sustainability and social responsibility since its foundation over 35 years ago. By signing the 2021 Circular Economy Switzerland Charter, we are actively committed to the circular economy in Switzerland. Specifically, we are committed to minimising our resource consumption, waste and emissions. To achieve this, we focus on durable products, reuse and recycling. Expanded with the commitment to the Sustainable Textiles Switzerland 2030 programme, we complement and support our strategic orientation so that sustainable purchasing decisions can be made.
By signing the Circular Economy Switzerland Charter in 2021, we are actively committed to the circular economy in Switzerland. Specifically, we are committed to minimising our resource consumption, waste and emissions. To achieve this, we focus on durable products, as well as reuse and recycling.
This is intended to ensure the following goals:
